The grapes are selected from the finest hand-collected and limited-yield plots and there is a limited quantity of 2670 bottles. Dominated by the aromas of fresh and dried red and black fruits, complemented by a note of vanilla with a slight mineral aftertaste, this blend is suitable for red meat, game, and mature cheese. The wine has very good ageing potential.
